The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s latest scorecard of the Colorado Legislature, issued Wednesday, gives lawmakers a sharply lower score than last year.The Denver chamber reviewed lawmakers’ votes on 61 bills — 18 that it supported, 41 that it opposed and two on which it was neutral.
