Democratic gubernatorial candidate John Hickenlooper says internal feuding in the Colorado Republican Party is alienating voters.
Drawing on his experience as a former brewpub owner, Hickenlooper says it's bad practice to attack another company and he believes it's bad practice for candidates to attack each other. The Denver mayor is running unopposed in the Aug. 10 primary.
The latest problems for the GOP include a spat between Senate candidates Jane Norton and Ken Buck touching on gender issues. There were also allegations of misbehavior by GOP gubernatorial candidates Scott McInnis and Dan Maes -- McInnis for allegedly plagiarizing water essays and Maes for campaign finance violations. – More -
