Judge's ruling keeps Norton on primary ballot

Republican Senate candidate Jane Norton has won a court fight to keep her place on the Aug. 10 GOP primary ballot.

A Denver District Court judge on Wednesday dismissed a claim from a Grand Junction man alleging that Norton’s petition campaign to gain access to the ballot included invalid signatures. The man, political consultant Thomas Bjorklund, wanted the court to invalidate some of Norton’s petitions, putting her spot on the primary ballot in jeopardy.   - More -
