A Grand Junction man who filed suit to keep Jane Norton off the Republican primary election ballot has worked for an organization backing Norton’s GOP opponent, Ken Buck, and did work as well for Buck.
Bjorklund, now a volunteer in Buck’s campaign, filed a lawsuit last month in Denver District Court challenging the secretary of state’s certification of Norton to the primary ballot.
Norton campaign manager Josh Penry, however, said Buck and Bjorklund were working together and taking “dirty campaigning to new depths. Paying a political operative to file a suit to keep the other candidate off the ballot is a little smarmy even by Chicago ‘take-no-prisoners’ standards.” - More –
