Romanoff rallies Pueblo Dems

On the eve of the primary election ballots being sent out , Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Andrew Romanoff delivered a last-minute and confident message at a rally of supporters in Pueblo.

Stumping from the bed of an old blue Dodge truck with Pueblo's historic steel mill as their backdrop, Romanoff and local Dems urged voters to support whoever wins their party's nomination.

"I think it's clear Pueblo is Romanoff country," said state Rep. Sal Pace, D-Pueblo, noting Romanoff's victory in the county caucus and state assembly.     More
