Dick Wadhams, the chairman of the Colorado Republican Party, said the party is not considering legal action to keep Tom Tancredo off the ballot.
Earlier today, Ryan Call, the GOP’s legal counsel, told The Denver Post that the party was exploring legal options to keep Tancredo off the ballot. Call said it was “unfair, inappropriate and prejudicial” for Tancredo, a Republican and former congressman, to run as a member of a different party this late in the game. – More –
