Marian Olson and Joseph Harrington, both contributors to Dan Maes campaign, filed suit in Denver District court Tuesday in an attempt to stop Colorado Secretary of State Bernie Buescher from placing third-party candidate Tom Tancredo’s name on the November ballot.
