Another attempt to recall DPS board member Andrea Merida has again ended in failure.The Denver Elections Division rejected the recall petition that had been submitted by voters in Merida's district.
Division officials noted both legal and formatting flaws as the cause for their action.
The petition sought Merida's ouster on grounds of unethical conduct and unbecoming behavior of an elected public official.
