Bill Owens endorses “Right to Health Care Choice” amendment

Former Colorado Governor Bill Owens has endorsed Amendment 63, the ‘Right to Health Care Choice.’

“Amendment 63 is a crucial antidote to the kind of costly mandates Washington, D.C. has given us with Obama Care,” Owens said. “I therefore strongly urge Coloradans to support Amendment 63.”

Amendment 63 would bar Colorado from enforcing the federal health care mandate recently passed by the federal government.
