The Denver Post has reported that GOP gubernatorial candidate Dan Maes and his daughter Jordan have received nearly 30 percent of the $304,000 that his campaign has raised.
The money came in the form of reimbursements and salary.
Maes daughter Jordan, who his serves as his executive aide, has been paid $14,101 for work and expenses.
The Colorado secretary of state's office said that the amount of Dan Maes' expenses may be unprecedented.
In comparison, Democrat John Hickenlooper raised $387,000 from Sept. 30 to Oct. 13, and he has not been reimbursed by his campaign for any expenses.
