The Denver Business Journal reports that Don Marostica, director of Colorado’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), will not continue in his post under Gov.-elect John Hickenlooper, the legislator-turned-Cabinet member said Thursday.
Marostica said that he was told Wednesday by John Huggins, co-chairman of Hickenlooper’s transition team, that the incoming governor has decided to do a clean sweep of his Cabinet posts and that Marostica was no longer being considered as a candidate to retain his job.
