How all-mail ballots are going to impact Colorado's primary election.

Matt Stephens, an Aurora Republican, says that he doesn’t usually vote in primaries but intends to this year because he is automatically going to get his ballot in the mail.

Some campaigns say having all-mail ballots will increase turnout. El Paso and Weld are the only large counties not doing all-mail ballots for the primary, according to the secretary of state’s office.   More -
