Udall added, “The lens through which I view this confirmation is focused on the nominee’s judicial temperament, experience, pragmatism and a demonstrated ability to view the law in ways that go beyond ideology.”
Udall is one of the first Senators to announce that he will support Kagan when her nomination comes before the full Senate.
