Poll: Maes leads Hickenlooper in a head-to-head race

A statewide poll of 1091 Colorado likely voters shows Dan Maes, has a two point lead in a head-to-head contest with his opponent, Democrat Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper. 44% support Maes while 42% support Mayor Hickenlooper with 15% undecided. The margin of error is +/- 2.98%.

When you add Tom Tancredo into the mix, Hickenlooper gets 38% of the vote—a plurality of voters—, while Dan Maes receives only 30% with Tancredo receiving 19%. The margin of error for this poll is +/- 3.05%

The poll was conducted by Innovative Research and Data Solutions of Colorado Springs.
