You can add Carlos Estrada to the list of people seeking the Colorado state House seat that Rep. Karen Middleton is vacating.Estrada, a former labor organizer, has joined Rhonda Fields and Sean Bradley as hopefuls to be picked by a Democratic vacancy committee on Saturday.
Whoever is chosen will appear as the Democratic nominee on the November ballot and face Republican Sally Mounier.
