Washington returns some of Colorado’s tax dollars to help State budget

Colorado's public schools, colleges and universities will face no further cuts in the latest round of budget-balancing thanks in large part to Washington's passage of a controversial bill to extend millions in Medicaid matching funds to cash-strapped states.
