
According to the Colorado Secretary of State’s office, as of Monday afternoon almost 1.1 million citizens had voted. That’s about 45 percent of the 2.4 million voters likely to participate in the general election, based on their participation in recent years.
Statewide, Republicans led the way with 445,445 ballots. Democrats had cast 383,925 ballots, and unaffiliated voters accounted for 257,645 of the ballots received.
