Looming on Colorado’s fiscal horizon is either a storm of epic proportions, or rough waters needing careful navigation, according to budget watchers gathered for a budget forum at the capitol today.
Sen. Ted Harvey, R-Highlands Ranch, said the implications for the state’s future could be greater than some may think.
“We are about to get run over by a tsunami, and if we don’t figure out a way to stop that tsunami, well, we need to take a good look at how we can get out of this situation,” said Harvey.
