Centennial Councilwoman Bosier’s arraignment hearing rescheduled

Centennial City Councilwoman Sue Bosier’s arraignment hearing has been rescheduled for a second time.

At a Dec. 3rd hearing, Bosier’s attorney requested that Arapahoe County Judge Darrel Vahle, set back the hearing date until January 21st, so he and his client could have time to review the plea deal being offered by prosecutors. (Details of the plea bargain have not been made public).

Bosier’s original arraignment hearing was scheduled in November, but was postponed to Dec. 3.

Bosier is charged with lying to police investigators after an incident on Aug. 6th, when she was caught stealing political yard signs.

Bosier originally told Greenwood Village police that she wasn’t stealing the signs, but was removing them because they were on the city right-of-way. Bosier also told the authorities that the boy she had with her at the time, was her son. Bosier later admitted that the juvenile was not hers.
